Mitchell Berenson is the Founder and CEO of IV Ensure, bringing nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership across health systems, post-acute care, and healthcare technology. He founded Community Infusion Solutions and guided its growth into a national organization generating more than $100 million annually for rural hospitals by expanding outpatient and home infusion access through disciplined operational and clinical strategy. A former health analyst and actuary, Mitchell holds three patents in remote monitoring innovation. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, completing his administrative residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is a National Rural Health Association Fellow and remains active in national health policy initiatives.

Stuart RosenblumPresident
Stuart Rosenblum is a seasoned healthcare executive with deep expertise in strategic alliances, payer partnerships, and go-to-market growth. Before joining IV Ensure he built and led the Strategic Alliances division at Elevance Health (Anthem/Elevance), scaling it to over $250 million in annual revenue and driving enterprise payer engagement. Stuart holds a degree from California State University, Northridge and has spent his career aligning business strategy with sustainable healthcare outcomes.

Joshua Sclar, MD, MPHChief Clinical and Strategy Officer
Joshua Sclar, MD, MPH is Chief Clinical & Strategy Officer of IV Ensure, bringing deep expertise in population health, preventive medicine, and value-based care strategy. He has served in senior clinical leadership roles across digital health and diagnostics, including as Chief Medical Officer at BioIQ, where he supported national health plans in quality improvement and member engagement initiatives. Joshua earned his medical degree from the State University of New York, completed training at Johns Hopkins and Washington University in St. Louis, and holds a Master of Public Health. He is board-certified in preventive medicine and advances IV Ensure’s mission through clinically driven, outcomes-focused innovation.

Addison Giannini, MBAChief Growth Officer
Addison Giannini is a strategic healthcare executive with extensive experience in payer partnerships, value-based care, and population health solutions. He has led business development and payor engagement efforts for leading healthtech and health plan organizations, helping drive quality strategy and scalable care delivery initiatives. Addison previously served as Senior Vice President of Payor Solutions at BioIQ, where he supported some of the nation’s largest health plans in quality improvement and member engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Shannon CalhounChief Revenue Officer
Shannon Calhoun is Chief Revenue Officer of IV Ensure with more than 30 years of leadership in value-based care, network strategy, and healthcare growth. She brings deep expertise in aligning clinical performance, patient outcomes, and data-driven insights with financial results for both health systems and insurers. Prior to IV Ensure, she held senior leadership roles at Aledade, the National Rural Accountable Care Consortium, and Caravan Health, and previously served as CEO of Southeast Texas Health System. Shannon has led care transformation initiatives that improved quality, access, and financial sustainability across diverse healthcare environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Jacob DozierChief Operating Officer
Jacob Dozier is Chief Operating Officer of IV Ensure with more than 13 years of experience building scalable healthcare operations. He joined Community Infusion Solutions early in its development and helped grow it into a national platform generating over $100 million annually for rural hospitals through disciplined process design, operational standardization, and workforce development. Jacob specializes in creating sustainable, repeatable operating models supported by KPI architecture, Power BI analytics, and executive dashboard reporting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and previously excelling in patient care coordination and service line development for home infusion therapy at CarePoint Partners across 4 states in the Southern Region Division.

Debbie Nail MeyerChief Technology Officer
Debbie Nail Meyer is Chief Technology Officer of IV Ensure and the architect of the company’s original device and platform prototype. She is a technology and communications consultant with more than 20 years of experience bridging science, engineering, and field operations for private and university-based research. As a partner at SoftwareCannery, an embedded systems design and manufacturing firm, she developed IV Ensure’s initial proof of concept that led to the company’s patent application. Debbie leads IV Ensure’s system and product design, ensuring scalable, secure, and clinically aligned innovation.

Craig Ireland, MBAChief Financial Officer
Craig Ireland is Chief Financial Officer of IV Ensure with more than 20 years of executive finance and operational leadership across healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, and technology organizations. Prior to IV Ensure, he served as CFO and Treasurer of CEC Corporation, a $43 million multi-discipline engineering firm, where he led enterprise financial reporting, compliance, IT, risk management, and treasury operations. Earlier in his career, Craig held senior finance leadership roles at Southwestern Medical Center, Compression Solutions/Wildcat Medical, and Hilti Corporation, supporting large multi-state commercial operations and manufacturing organizations. He also served as President and CFO of The Wikert Group, a $100+ million aviation services company, overseeing finance, investor relations, regulatory compliance, and multi-location operations. Craig holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
