By opting in to IV Ensure™ text messages, you agree to receive automated messages related to your care, device monitoring, and reminders. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. We respect your privacy and safeguard your information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Program Description
IV Ensure (“we,” “our,” “us”) offers automated text message communications (“Text Messaging Program”) to support patients in managing their care while receiving IV infusion therapy at home. Messages may include appointment reminders, therapy adherence prompts, educational materials, device-related notifications, and other care-related updates.
By opting in, you authorize IV Ensure to send automated text messages to the mobile phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving medical treatment or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your care plan, device activity, and engagement settings. Patients may typically receive up to 5–10 messages per week, though actual frequency may vary.
Cost & Carriers
Standard message and data rates may apply.
Message and data charges may be applied by your wireless carrier, and IV Ensure is not responsible for any such charges.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. mobile carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and location. IV Ensure is not liable for any delays, failures, or undelivered messages due to carrier service issues.
Opt-In
To opt in to our Text Messaging Program, patients must check the opt-in box on our digital intake form or reply “YES” during initial patient onboarding with IV Ensure care management. This confirms your consent to receive automated messages.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to any message you receive. After texting “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and no further automated messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
If you wish to resume receiving messages after opting out, text “START” at any time.
Privacy

Support

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IV Ensure is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Text Messaging Program.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
TCPA Compliance
By opting into this service, you acknowledge that the TCPA allows healthcare providers to send certain informational text messages to patients without requiring express written consent. However, we require affirmative opt-in to ensure transparency and patient control.
